Trail Passes and Rentals are available for purchase from the Pro Shop. Please note that rental bikes are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.

 

GENERAL RULES

 

Trail use

• For insurance reasons access to our trails is prohibited beyond operating hours. This is a paid trail accessible for bikers only.

• Trails are not swept at the end of the day and it is your responsibility to be off the trails by closing time. If you are in need of assistance, please call Patrol at 519-942-0951.

 

One-Way Trails

• All of our trails are one way. Going the wrong way on a trail is dangerous and will result in the loss of access to trails. Please ski, ride and move only in the direction that the trail is marked and obey all directional signage. Riding on closed trails is prohibited.

 

Dogs on Property

• Dogs are not permitted on the trails for the safety and consideration of other users.

• Dogs are not permitted on the property unless it is a licensed service animal. Service animals must be identified and leashed at all times.

• Please do not leave your dogs in your vehicle unattended.

 

Accessibility

• The Pro Shop and other Resort facilities are fully accessible. Please call us at 519-942-0951 if you require assistance and we will direct you to the proper area.

 

Rental Terms and Procedures

• Please note that Mountain Bike Rentals are limited. Please reserve your rental ahead of time by booking at https://reservations.hockley.com/#/

• Payment in full is required to reserve your rental.

• The renter is responsible for the cost of lost and/or stolen bikes as well as any repairs and/or parts resulting from damage to the bike while in your possession.

• A credit card and drivers license are required at time of rental pick-up as security.

• Rentals are for on-site use only and cannot be removed from the property.

• Please complete a rental form upon arrival at the Pro Shop, a Guest Service Agent can assist you. The form most be filled out and is required for every person 18 years and over. Renters who are 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult and have their legal guardian complete the rental agreement.

• Please return your rental by the end of your allotted rental time or additional charges may apply.

Trail Walking/Running

• We do not allow walking or running on our trails due to safety concerns with riders.

• The Bruce Trail is accessible from our property at no charge for walking and running. Please see the Pro Shop for details. This Bruce Trail does cross the bike@hockley trails so use with caution.

REFUND POLICY

 

Trail Passes

• All trail pass purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Rentals: Fat Bike refunds will only be administered should fat biking be closed due to trail conditions.  All other rentals are non-refundable.

• Credit Card securities are required.

 

*All prices are subject to HST. Prices subject to change at any time.  Refunds and date deferrals will not be issued due to inclement weather.

Passes & programs are non-transferable & non-refundable.

• Medical letter and/or form signed by participant’s doctor for injury/illness onset & incapacity is required. Pictures, scans or other documents of the injury are not accepted. For family relocation, a letter from parent’s or participant’s HR department is required.

• Refunds/credits will be pro-rated.

• All pass/program applications include a non-refundable $30 administration fee per item.

• Lessons/scheduling may change at the Resort’s discretion.

• Lessons are often held in less than ideal weather conditions.

• Pass(s) must be returned prior to the refund/credit being processed.

• Refund/credit requests & all related documentation MUST be received no later than the last day of the season.

Please Note:

In the event of Government imposed restrictions; such as Covid related orders, a credit for the full or pro-rated amount of your program, lesson or season pass will be provided towards the following season.
